Track Waiver and Admission Requirements

Hello EMRA Members

With the approach of a new season it is necessary to highlight the expected practice for people attending events at Stratotech.

It is a Stratotech Limited requirement that ALL people entering the facility sign the track waiver. In the past it was expected that people entering the facility when the gate is not attended to would sign in as soon as the admission booth opened. This honour system has not been working well. Dan treats our club very well and it is up to us to act fairly to maintain our good working relationship with him.

This year the club will be checking Saturday and Sunday to ensure that all people in the facility have signed the waiver and paid their gate admission. Failure to comply will result in penalties. A first offense will double the admission charged, a second offense will triple the admission charged, and a third offense will result in the racer being told to leave the facility for that race weekend. As always, club members are also responsible for the behaviour of their "crew" (friends and family) so please ensure that ALL the people in the facility meet this expectation.
