Round 2.5 is here, and were going back. Back to Stratotech for round 2.5! Seeing as no one has raced there in nearly a decade, EVERYONE needs to read this bulletin, there are a ton of important details.

First note- ALL RIDERS AND SPECTATORS MUST SIGN THE WAIVER AND BE REGISTERED. OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON SITE.


SETUP
Airfence and required equipment is being loaded at castrol raceway Thursday July 2nd at 3pm. If you can make it, please contact Eric Russnak or Sean Hofmiester so they know you are coming. The equipment will be moved to Stratotech and set up several hours later, where volunteers will also be needed.

PARKING
Due to Friday being a MTA, Parking will begin Thursday evening. Please see map below, there are some reserved stalls so please consult an executive when arriving. If you park somewhere you shouldn't without asking, you will be asked once to move, then asked to leave. We have VERY limited parking available. Overnight camping is allowed, trailers only no tents.


Please Also take note of the hot pit location, and track entry/exit procedure.
-proper track entrance procedure, stop behind the hot pit wall, look towards turn 9, if it is clear go out wide in turn 1 and blend in down the straight.
-proper exit procedure, exit of turn 7 hand up, remain wide for turn 8, stay on the right side of the track through turn 9, hugging the inside curbing. and slowing to walking pace in the hot pits.

TECH AND REGISTRATION:
The EMRA has MotorsportReg for registration, MyLaps for timing & gridding, and RaceHero for live timing.

Tech will be Thursday and Friday evening in pit, as time permits. Saturday, and Sunday morning starting approx 7AM, Cones will be setup near the hot pits. Please make two orderly lines, AT LEAST 6 FEET BETWEEN BIKES, and PLEASE HAVE YOUR HELMET /GEAR WITH YOUR BIKE. If a bike is sitting in the tech lineup with no rider or gear, we will pass over the bike.

Transponders are available at Brian Lams registration tent, and medical data carriers will be available during tech inspection. Transponders rentals are $50 per weekend, MDCs are $5 each to purchase. Transponder purchases are not available.

ALL RIDERS MUST HAVE A NEW MDC FOR THIS SEASON

ADDITIONAL NOTES-

-Track must remain clean, garbage cans and recycle cans will be placed around the pits, please be a polite user dispose of your own garbage or cleanly use the cans we have placed around the track.
-Do not leave tires, fuel tins, plywood floors for pit stalls.

WAVED STARTS- SECOND GROUP IN A WAVED START MUST HAVE THEIR RIGHT-THROTTLE HAND IN THE AIR UNTIL THE FIRST GROUP HAS LEFT.
