Curious as to when the setup will be done for race weekends? Also, do we need to setup and tear down everyday or just the beginning and end of the weekends?

Great questions!
It is going to vary by circumstances. The club is leasing the barriers out earlier this week so they will hopefully be up in advance of the Friday evening track attack. On the other weekends it is a case of wait and see as far as I know.
As long as they track isn't rented out during the evening in between events we will be able to leave them up. I'm not sure of the details of this schedule.
We could certainly formalise a notification procedure using a thread in this forum, facebook or both to let subscribed people know the details as they become available.
