Hi Jason, there was one on the forum I would recommend, the user name is BlacknWhite, Gen 2 SV650 I brought in from WA State for him and is a solid bike. If you look under Bikes for sale for him, and look deep as it may have expired some months ago and PM him on the Forum I am thinking that is still sitting there.
