The tech air race vest yes. And yes. It does have a built in back protector as part of the vest.

I don’t know if there is a ladies specific option or not. And I’m pretty sure it only comes in the one color. mill try and find a link for the sizing charts

I like the idea of a potential group buy as well. Not sure there is a ton of room on pricing on these. Something I could look into. Biggest issue right now with it would be supply issues. I believe it was 9 months for me to get mine. And I don’t believe it’s any better at this time.

Parking is always an issue, and honestly one of the most frustrating parts of set up. It feels like a border collie with Adhd trying to herd kittens on speed most of the time.

I think it’s a pretty big ask to Make it mandatory. Incentives on the other hand will Hopefully make it worth while for people to get them as they need to replace their suits etc.

To be honest. I don’t think this is even a case of putting in a rule. this is straight forward we need to make sure there is a protocol put in place to ensure that something like this doesn’t happen again. And making sure sure that it is followed through with so nobody is in that position ever...
