It has been a long winter, please give this a careful read so you can as up to date as possible on the events for this weekend of racing.

PARKING
Large trailer parking is reserved for toy haulers, camper and RV units. If you park somewhere you shouldn't you will be asked once to move, then asked to leave. We have VERY limited parking available. There is a blue dotted line paint across the pit area this is the line separating road course from drag pit areas, do not park on the east side of the line. Overnight camping is allowed. Please see the map below. Andrew Mcelheran is in charge of parking, if you have any questions or concerns about where you plan to park see him first.

TECH AND REGISTRATION:
Registration closes at 11:59pm June 2. $50 late fee will be charged after Tuesday at midnight in the week of the race round. Registration will reopen for 24 hours only. Registration will have a HARD CLOSE on Wednesday at Midnight in the week of the race round. After the hard close deadline- the only modification permitted is dropping a race, which MUST be done with notice to the Registrar in advance of the race start. Your race fee for the dropped race will be added to your MotorsportReg account as a credit for future events. NO race entry additions or changes permitted after the hard close deadline.
The EMRA has MotorsportReg for registration, and Speedhive for live timing. Download those apps on your phone to check times and results. Share them with your friends.
Tech will be will be setup near the sponsor display/podium. Please make an orderly line. If a bike is sitting in the tech lineup with no rider or gear, we will pass over the bike. Please remove lowers for easy inspection. THERE WILL BE NO IN PIT TECH. Tech will be Thursday evening, as time permits. Please do not stand around all evening in the pits, then ask the Tech Inspector to check your bike at 10pm. Saturday, and Sunday morning Tech will be starting approx 7AM.
Transponders are available through Andrew Mcelheran, and medical data carriers will be available with Ross Mckay. This year the medical data carrier are ORANGE in color, make sure you have an orange MDC.
ADDITIONAL NOTES-
THE SPEED LIMIT AT THE FACILITY IS 30KPH. Only track set up vehicle are allowed on track during set up. No, you can not drive around the track. While setting up the track the speed limit remains 30kph.
The track must remain clean, garbage cans and recycle cans will be placed around the pits, please be a polite user dispose of your own garbage and keep the pit area clean. Do not leave tires, fuel tins, broken tents. Anyone caught dumping garbage will be fined. If you are riding anything motorized you must be wearing a helmet. No doubling on motorized vehicles. Pets MUST be on leashes at all times. Please pick up after your pet.
Rad Torque Raceway we use 1 warm up lap.
Riders meeting is 8am.
If a race is declared a rain race by race control we will not be using the bus stop, due to standing water build up. Barriers will be set up beside the bus stop to simulate the bus stop, slowing you down and directing you to the inside of turn 3.
If a race is declared a rain race and you go off track do not re-enter the track and drag mud onto the track. You will be awarded last place points.
Please make sure you are on time for the start of your race. Riders arriving at the gate after the lead rider has completed 50% of the warm up lap will be held at the gate. They will be permitted to enter the racecourse and proceed to the start grid after the last rider on the racecourse passes the gate. Riders arriving at the gate after the last rider on the racecourse passes the gate will be allowed to start from the gate, but only after all riders are clear of the first corner. Riders not gridded at the gate before the race leader has completed 50% of the first lap of the race shall not be allowed to join the race.
-Team Championship:
This championship consists of 4 riders per team. Riders may only be on one team. Team points are the combined total of each rider’s point results from each round; and the team with the highest combined point total will be awarded a custom team trophy at the year end banquet. Points are awarded to the rider, not the bike; riding two bikes in different classes can earn additional points for that rider. There are no limitations on bikes or race entries. To enter, you must register with one of the EMRA Executive prior to Round 1 and pay an $80 (per team) entry fee.
