This coming weekend is going to be very exciting for our club. We have the Western Canadian Championship Series in town. That means racers from the EMRA, WMRC and AMRA competing for championship titles in Superbike, 600 Superbike and Lightweight Superbike classes. We also have the usual rounds of EMRA racing going on, with the added Supermoto class. The AMRA also has a Alberta Championship taking part in the Lightweight Open class with us for round 2 and 3. Here is how it is all going to play out:

Friday starts off with our usual Practice and Qualifying 8am-4pm. Our Vass Performance Superpole Q1 and Q2 sessions will be very exciting to watch, especially at Stratotech Park as we can watch almost the entire lap from the main grandstands. After Practice and Qualifying there will be an EMRA Friday evening Motorcycle Track Attack. Riders of all skill levels are welcome. $150 gets you some quality track time. To register for that check out: https://motorheadsta.com/collections/emra/products/motorcycle-track-attack

Saturday we start racing! Round 2 is brought to us by Argyll Motorsports. A fantastic shop that given our club a ton of support over the years. Should be an amazing day. After the racing Saturday stick around we will be having a free BBQ. The AMRA will also be hosting a test and tune on track, 5pm- 9pm. If you have any kiddos that want to get into racing this is the best way to do it. Sunday is the final day of racing. The finale of the WCCS, we will have trophies, and Champagne on the podium for the winners of the three WCCS classes.

EMRA weekend schedules can be found here: https://www.emra.ca/schedules/. Please look closely as they have changed. Make sure you are looking at the right schedule, the one hanging up in your trailer from 3 years ago is out of date.

A couple special notes, we have this entire facility to ourselves. Lets keep it clean and safe. The firelanes in the map MUST be kept clear of motorcycles and parked vehicles. The gates to the main facility will be closed at 11pm and opened at 6am. If you have family and friends coming to watch there is a $10 gate fee, parking is in the grass and behind the main building. Tow vehicles can be parked behind the main building as well. A parking map is posted below. You may be required to pit over gravel parking. In that case bring a sheet of plywood to lay down on the ground and park your bike on. Again, the fire lanes must be kept clear of parked vehicles and motorcycles.
