First note- ALL RIDERS AND SPECTATORS MUST SIGN THE WAIVER AND BE REGISTERED. OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON SITE.

SETUP
Due to air fence being set up from the last event, Weekend preparation will involve track cleanup and corner station delivery. This will occur Thursday evening at approx 6PM. If you help clean/set up, you will be allowed to park Thursday evening.

PARKING
As mentioned above, early parking is available Thursday evening, ONLY FOR THOSE WHO HELP WITH TRACK SETUP AND CLEANING. If you show up and get a stall, and then leave, or hangout and watch while everyone does setup, you will be asked to pack up and come back Friday MORNING. Please note ORANGE marked areas for extra vendors/food trucks/grandstands.
FOOD TRUCK WILL AVAILABLE FROM APPROX 11AM-5PM.

Please Also take note of the hot pit location, and track entry/exit procedure.
-proper track entrance procedure, stop behind the hot pit wall, look towards turn 9, if it is clear go out wide in turn 1 and blend in down the straight.
-proper exit procedure, exit of turn 7 hand up, remain wide for turn 8, stay on the right side of the track through turn 9, hugging the inside curbing. and slowing to walking pace in the hot pits.

TECH AND REGISTRATION:
The EMRA has MotorsportReg for registration, MyLaps for timing & gridding, and RaceHero for live timing.

We will be attempting to perform all tech in pit, Thursday evening and friday/saturday/sunday morning as time permits. Please be patient.

NEW CHECK DURING TECH-HELMET MUST BE TRIED ON, AND APPROVED AS ACCEPTABLE FITMENT. ANY HELMET THAT IS EXCESSIVELY LARGE AND CAN SLIDE DOWN OVER THE EYES OF THE WEARER WILL BE CONSIDERED A FAIL.

Transponders are available at the Freight Train Racing tent, and medical data carriers will be available during tech inspection. Transponders rentals are $50 per weekend, MDCs are $5 each to purchase. Transponder purchases are not available.

ADDITIONAL NOTES-

-Track must remain clean, garbage cans and recycle cans will be placed around the pits, please be a polite user dispose of your own garbage or cleanly use the cans we have placed around the track.
-Do not leave tires, fuel tins, plywood floors for pit stalls.

NOTE REGARDING PODIUMS AFTER RACES:
On SUNDAY ONLY, there will a schedule change for podiums, we will not be doing race based podiums, but instead championship podiums with champagne to congratulate to seasons winners of the 600cc/1000cc Superbike races only.
