My bike is giving me some coughing/sputtering over 9000 rpm. Started after running fuel very low on a hardnox track session. Fuel light was popping on and sputtering in corners so rolled off and filled. Now it continues to cough and spit over 9-10,000 rpms regardless of fuel level or bike position. It acts inconsistent and occasionally will run right to rev limiter with no issue. Trying a tank and fuel pump/filter flush, then bike is going to the dyno to test. Just wondering if anyone has any other ideas as im running low on time before round 5&6. My gut feeling is the flush will possibly remove some crap and cure the problem, but want to cover my bases.
Thanks. That filter has been checked and cleaned. Nothing obvious was found in fuel. Fuel pump tested good.
