2020 AGM

Hey folks, the AGM meeting will be held on Dec. 6, 1pm, at Stratotech Park. Bring a chair, bring a face mask and have your voice and vote heard by your membership.

During the AGM meeting the past season summary, Treasurer financial review, rule change discussion and Executive membership voting will take place. Obviously a very important time for EMRA members to show up and vote.

All social distancing measures will be taken and must be follow. You must be an EMRA member to vote. Due to COVID-19 restrictions no spectators.

Due to the new COVID restrictions in place, the AGM has been POSTPONED. We are looking at a new date for the first or second week of January. In the meantime, the exec are looking into ways to make this work either in person or by zoom/online/video conference depending on what happens with COVID in the new year. We will update the membership as soon as we have new
plans ironed out.

Join us for the 2020 Annual General Meeting
2020 has been a different kind of year for all of us. We haven't let that stop us before so let's not do that now. The EMRA has teamed up with Data On The Spot to facilitate an online AGM that is fairly moderated, connected with online support and secure for all members. As always the AGM is open to all members in good standing. Membership registration is now closed. In order to attend the AGM please register here. Your secure login credentials will then be sent to you in advance on January 4th, when you receive those make sure you complete them and are prepared for the meeting. You must attend the entire meeting if you wish to be part of it. We will review the 2020 season, go over financials, plan 2020 race rounds, vote on rule changes and elect the 2021 Executive team, nominations can be taken off the floor during the meeting for Executive positions.

When:
January 9, 2021 @ 1:00PM-6:00PM - Virtual Meeting - details will be provided to all registrants on January 4th.

Where:
Attendees can join from anywhere, your login credentials for the meeting will be provided on the 4th of January, 2021, via email from our third party host..

How:
This will be a webinar style AGM. please watch your inboxes for more information. the registration process will be more involved than prior AGM's in order to ensure all members have an equal voice.
