AIR FENCE SETUP
Airfence and required equipment is being set up Rad Torque Raceway Thursday June 8 at 6:30pm. Spec-D drifting will be taking place in the pit area June 8 4:30 to 8:30pm. DO NOT PARK IN THE PIT AREA BEFORE THEN. Park in the grass, walk over and help with air fence, then wait until drifting is done. If you can make it, please contact Joe Preston so he knows you are coming to help set up. Track tear down will begin immediately after the race weekend.

Parking will begin after the air fence is set up. At no time may you park sooner, you will be asked to leave. Air fence volunteers will get first dibs on parking spots for the weekend. Large trailer parking is reserved for toy haulers, camper and RV units. If you park somewhere you shouldn't you will be asked once to move, then asked to leave. We have VERY limited parking available. Overnight camping is allowed, trailers only no tents. Please see the map below.

Registration will have a HARD CLOSE on Wednesday at Midnight in the week of the race round. After the hard close deadline- the only modification permitted is dropping a race, which MUST be done with notice to the Registrar in advance of the race start. Your race fee for the dropped race will be added to your MotorsportReg account as a credit for future events. NO race entry additions or changes permitted after the hard close deadline.
The EMRA has MotorsportReg for registration, MyLaps for timing & gridding, and RaceHero for live timing.
Tech will be Friday evening in pit, as time permits. Saturday, and Sunday morning starting approx 7AM. Cones will be setup near the sponsor display/podium. Please make an orderly line. If a bike is sitting in the tech lineup with no rider or gear, we will pass over the bike. Please remove lowers for easy inspection.
Transponders are available at Rodrigo Naranjo’s tent, and medical data carriers will be available with Jordy Babouchie. Transponders rentals are $50 per weekend, MDCs are $5 each to purchase. Transponder purchases are not available. This year the medical data carrier are white in color, make sure you have a bright orange MDC.
ADDITIONAL NOTES-
-Track must remain clean, garbage cans and recycle cans will be placed around the pits, please be a polite user dispose of your own garbage and keep the pit area clean. Do not leave tires, fuel tins, broken tents.
-Rad Torque Raceway we use 1 warm up lap.
Waved Starts: Intermediate/Expert 600 Supersport, and Formula Thunder/Women's Open grids will be the only waved starts. All other combined grids are a single waver.
-Vass Performance Superpole: In the last rotation of qualifying, the final session (for the group of fastest riders) shall be divided into Q1, and Q2: Superpole sessions. Q1 is for the fastest group of riders who do not qualify for Q2 Superpole. Riders in Q1 may not participate in Q2 Superpole. Q2 Superpole participation is limited to the 10 riders with the fastest lap times of the day. Each Q2 Superpole participant must also be registered for Dash for Cash and at least one Superbike race. The rankings from the Q2 Superpole session will be used to set the grid positions at the front of Dash for Cash and Expert Superbike races. (E.g. if Rider A sets a time faster than Rider B in Q2 Superpole, Rider A will be gridded in front of Rider B, even if Rider B set a faster time than Rider A in the day.) Riders who participate in Q2 Superpole will be gridded at the front of Dash for Cash and Expert Superbike, ignoring their times set for the rest of the day. This only affects Dash for Cash and Expert Superbike.
-Team Championship – This championship consists of 4 riders per team. Riders may only be on one team. Team points are the combined total of each rider’s point results from each round; and the team with the highest combined point total will be awarded a custom team trophy at the year end banquet. Points are awarded to the rider, not the bike; riding two bikes in different classes can earn additional points for that rider. There are no limitations on bikes or race entries. To enter, you must register with one of the EMRA Executive prior to Round 1 and pay an $80 (per team) entry fee.
If any of these changes are a surprise to you, please read the rule book. Here is a link:
